We design and produce carriers for all types of double-sided machine (lapping, polishing, grinding). Depending on the machine, material and dimensions of the part being carried, we will advise you on the material to use (epoxy, steel, PVC, etc.). To promote the service life of the tooling, we select the best materials and have our own epoxy sheets manufactured with the desired thickness.

We supply cast iron lapping plates in various grades, and polishing plates made from stainless steel, aluminium, etc. We have developed reconditioning tools for the maintenance of your plates, polishing pads or felt pads. Depending on the use, the tools will be made from cast iron, pellet-coated or covered with brushes.

We also produce specific fixtures for holding complex and sensitive parts during polishing operations.
